The American Heart Association has an excellent opportunity for a Sr. Director Infrastructure based out of our National Center.

The Senior Director of Core Infrastructure is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the organizations critical technology infrastructure including data centers servers networking cloud environments and unified communications systems. This position plays a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic infrastructure plans ensuring the alignment of technology solutions with business objectives and maintaining the security and compliance of all systems. With a focus on operational efficiency cost optimization customer service and driving a cloud strategy the Senior Director leads a team responsible for managing daytoday operations while driving innovation in infrastructure management. Additionally the role involves overseeing disaster recovery incident management and capacity planning while regularly providing operational reports to senior leadership to ensure the infrastructures performance meets organizational goals and delivers exceptional service to internal customers.
