As the Talent Resourcer your focus will be on proactively identifying highquality veterinary professionals for roles across our network. Youll work hand in hand with experienced recruiters and play a critical part in connecting with passive candidates through research outreach and relationshipbuilding.
Once youve qualified prospects and sparked their interest youll seamlessly hand them over to our Talent Acquisition Business Partners to take them through the recruitment journey.
At VetPartners were committed to providing highquality services that support the success of our 270 veterinary clinics. This role offers a hybrid work model with four days based in our office to foster collaboration strengthen relationships and maintain an engaged connected team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive sourcing and headhunting through databases job boards LinkedIn and direct outreach.
- Develop compelling digital outreach campaigns and marketing content to attract veterinary talent
- Build and manage pipelines of prospective candidates using our CRM
- Engage and nurture relationships with passive candidates to ensure a warm and active talent pool.
- Deliver market insights and talent mapping to inform sourcing strategies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including the recruitment operations and marketing teams.
Skills Attributes and Experience:
- Previous experience in candidate sourcing research or recruitment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills youre confident in reaching out and sparking genuine interest.
- Organised detailoriented and highly responsive.
- Comfortable using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter job boards and ATS systems (desirable but not essential).
- A naturally curious driven and resultsoriented mindset.
