Responsibilities:
Prepare or detail review international components of complex tax returns
Demonstrate solid understanding of tax codes regulations rulings and case law
Provide detail review and training staff
Dedicates time to coaching others in tax software business process research skills technical expertise planning and project management skills while engaging and motivating team members and providing timely feedback
Responsible for client work being performed on time and within appropriate scope of services and budget
Stays alert to client needs that may result in growth opportunities for the firm and communicates to client service coordinator
Required Qualifications:
BA/BS Degree preferably in Accounting or related field of study
Minimum 3 years of experience in Public Accounting
Comprehensive understanding of tax law/rules and implications
Experience with International Tax compliance including but not limited to formsand 1118
Ability to travel to client sites as needed some to require overnight accommodations
Preferred Qualifications:
CPA JD or LL.M.
Experience with a national or large regional accounting firm
Strong verbal and written communication skills

At RSM an employees pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences performance and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including but not limited to education skills work experience certifications location etc. As such pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
Compensation Range: $65500 $105000Individualsselected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
