Job Title: Private Client Solicitor 5 Years PQE)
Location: Maidstone Kent
Salary:per annum (DOE)
Are you an experienced Private Client Solicitor looking to take the next step in your career with a reputable law firm Our client a wellestablished firm with offices across Kent is seeking a Private Client Solicitor with 5 years PQE to join their team in Maidstone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a varied caseload of private client matters including Wills Probate Trusts Powers of Attorney and Estate Planning.
- Advising highnetworth clients on inheritance tax and succession planning.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and providing highquality tailored legal advice.
- Mentoring junior team members and contributing to the development of the department.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE in Private Client law.
- Proven experience in handling complex private client matters independently.
- STEP qualification is highly desirable but not essential.
- Excellent client care skills with the ability to communicate complex legal issues clearly.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problemsolving.
