DESCRIPTION OF WORK
Your primary responsibility is to assist in the evaluation examination and enhancement of maintenance operations in Montgomery County in accordance with management objectives and department policies and procedures. You will assess work plans to guarantee a wellrounded program and the availability of labor materials equipment and funds necessary for completion. Data from the Systems Applications and Products (SAP) Plant Maintenance and Roadway Management Systems will be assessed and analyzed to ensure program objectives are achieved and system control is maintained. The accuracy of foreman payrolls will be reviewed and support for payroll will be provided. Reports will be utilized to monitor work data such as completed production units manhours utilized equipment usage and material consumption and any discrepancies will be resolved to meet work plans.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Fulltime employment
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday Friday with a 30minute lunch. Alternate work hours 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
- Telework:You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) parttime on adhoc basis. In order to telework you must have a securely configured highspeed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Norristown.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:- One year of experience as a Technical Assistant(Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- One year of experience in analysis of data utilized in planning and scheduling of work materials and equipment and graduation from high school or GED equivalent; or
- An Associates Degree in a field of Business Administration Computer Science Highway Engineering Technology or other closely related program; or
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
- Applicants will be considered to have met the educational requirements once they are within 3 months of graduating with a qualifying degree.
