Join our team as a Roadway Programs Technician 1 where you will contribute to the review analysis and enhancement of maintenance operations in alignment with management goals and departmental guidelines within Montgomery County. Your primary responsibility is to assist in the evaluation examination and enhancement of maintenance operations in Montgomery County in accordance with management objectives and department policies and procedures. You will assess work plans to guarantee a wellrounded program and the availability of labor materials equipment and funds necessary for completion. Data from the Systems Applications and Products (SAP) Plant Maintenance and Roadway Management Systems will be assessed and analyzed to ensure program objectives are achieved and system control is maintained. The accuracy of foreman payrolls will be reviewed and support for payroll will be provided. Reports will be utilized to monitor work data such as completed production units manhours utilized equipment usage and material consumption and any discrepancies will be resolved to meet work plans.
