You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are looking for a Commercial Advisor to join our clients Business Tech organization for a consultant assignment starting in early June. This is a key role for someone who thrives in strategic negotiations stakeholder collaboration and highimpact deal .
As a Commercial Advisor you will act as a strategic partner to product leaders ensuring commercial excellence throughout the product lifecycle. You will bring a sharp commercial mindset a proactive approach to vendor and partner collaboration and a strong sense of ownership in driving business value.

What youll do
Support product leaders in defining and executing partner and commercial strategies
Lead and support negotiations with external partners to secure favorable terms
Shape and evaluate business cases with product stakeholders
Design and implement optimal commercial models and contractual frameworks
Manage partner and vendor performance collaboration and risk
Propose and implement innovative deal structures
Lead sourcing processes including RFPs tenders and contract lifecycle management
Ensure compliance with purchasing and consultant policies
Analyze spend and supplier landscapes to support strategic decisionmaking
Foster strong collaboration between internal stakeholders and external parties
What you bring
Strong analytical skills and experience building and evaluating business cases
Strategic mindset with ability to link vision to operational action
Excellent negotiation problemsolving and conflict resolution skills
Ability to influence and build trust with diverse stakeholders
Strong communication skills with a proactive and pragmatic approach
Proven track record in international deal making
Experience negotiating cloud agreements (SAP Google Microsoft etc.
Comfortable driving change and challenging the status quo with constructive input
Experience in crossfunctional or interdisciplinary environments is a plus
