Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO ensuring efficient management of schedules meetings and communications.
- Prepare review and organise documents reports and presentations to facilitate informed decisionmaking.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Calendar and Meeting Management:
- Coordinate and manage the CEOs calendar scheduling appointments and ensuring preparedness for all engagements.
- Organise and facilitate meetings including agenda setting minute taking and followup on action items.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to arrange meetings visits and events with strategic importance.
Travel Coordination:
- Arrange detailed travel itineraries and accommodations to ensure seamless travel experiences for the CEO.
- Prepare travelrelated documentation and manage expense reports following trips.
Communication and Correspondence:
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications filtering and prioritising correspondence for the CEO.
- Draft and edit emails letters and official communications as required.
- Serve as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external parties fostering positive professional relationships.
Required Qualifications:
Educational Background and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a supportive role to executive leadership ideally as a Personal Assistant.
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all organisational levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and an aptitude for learning new technologies.
