A highly reputable healthcare system in New Hampshire is searching for a Nursing Director to oversee its ICU and ED across two hospitals. You will work closely with senior management to transform the patient care experience lead/manage change initiatives drive innovation and improve overall efficiency productivity and financial performance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage 80 FTEs across two hospitals including two Emergency Departments and one Intensive Care Unit.
- Provide oversight and direction to a nursing leadership team responsible for daily operations regulatory compliance quality patient safety productivity initiatives staff development and retention.
- Assist with developing and implementing key strategic and operational initiatives that improve quality patient safety efficiency effectiveness flow access and patient experience.
- Develop open communication channels between nursing physicians administration and other departments to create an integrated collaborative and highperforming work and patient care environment.
- Drive innovation and growth in nursing operations.
Qualifications:
- A BSN is required and an MSN is highly preferred.
- Active RN license.
- 10 years of acute care nursing experience is required.
- 3 years of ED/ICU experience is required.
- 3 years of nursing leadership experience is required.
