- Management Consulting:We provide advisory services to design manage and execute lasting change leveraging trusted relationships and industry expertise in strategy organizational transformation operations operational excellence innovation risk and compliance human capital and workforce optimization.
- AI Data & Analytics:Deploying advanced AI and ML solutions business analytics to extract actionable insight data engineering for data warehousing realtime processing and integrated quality data and platform architecture focusing on cloud and hybrid solutions security and solution selection and integration.
- IT Transformation:Delivering technology services covering application lifecycle management CRM implementation systems integration rockITCX contact center solutions product resale and IT infrastructure management. Our approach ensures seamless operations and enhanced customer engagement optimizing technology investments for diverse businesses.
- Mission Support:Specializingin System Engineering Technical Assistance and operations support services to streamline system integration and optimization while ensuring operational excellence for modern enterprises.
Job Description
rockITdata is seeking a Consultant to join our Emerging Solutions team focused on AI Data & Analytics. We specialize in providing strategic insights and transformative solutions to healthcare organizations including providers payers pharmaceutical companies and biotechnology firms.
The Consultant will play a critical role in driving client success for some of the worlds largest healthcare organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering cleaning and transforming raw data from different sources (e.g. databases APIs spreadsheets).
- Perform data wrangling tasks to ensure data quality and consistency.
- Analyze datasets to identify patterns trends and insights.
- Create basic data visualizations (e.g. charts graphs) using tools like Power BI Qlik and other leading tools.
- Help develop test and refine data models or reporting applications for predictive analytics or business intelligence.
- Assist with creating and maintaining data pipelines ensuring they are running efficiently.
- Support the creation of detailed project documentation including technical specifications methodologies and workflows.
- Develop and test data workflows to transform cleans and structure data for consumption
- Must have a BA/BS Degree
- Must have 12 years of experience working in the data and analytics space
- Proficiency in Python R SQL
- Experience with at least one data visualization platforms (e.g. Qlik Tableau Power BI)
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong presentation and storytelling abilities
- Critical thinking and problemsolving expertise
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Pharma Biotech or Healthcare
- Experience with data ingestion transformation or wrangling.
- Awareness of statistical analysis and predictive modeling capabilities
- Based in NY/NJ/PA region
