Minimum Qualifications
Masters degree in a Liberal Arts discipline or related discipline required; any and all degree(s) must be from a regionally accredited institution of higher learning. Three 3 years college/university level experience working with faculty in the development design and assessment of curriculum required. Excellent organizational and leadership skills required. Documented success in datadriven decisionmaking and problem solving required. Demonstrated ability to work productively and collaboratively with others required; coordination or management experience preferred. Must be detailoriented able to work independently a selfstarter flexible and organized. Excellent interpersonal writing editing verbal and other related communication skills required. Demonstrated computer proficiency utilizing enterprisewide software; Banner preferred. MS Word Excel PowerPoint and internet research skills required. Ability to maintain sensitivity understanding and respect for a diverse academic environment inclusive of students faculty and staff of varying social economic cultural ideological and ethnic backgrounds required.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous work experience in an urban community college environment preferred.
