Our public client is on the lookout for a Senior Manager Accounting Policies & Procedures and your background looks awesome!

Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting (Required)
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) (Preferred)
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive accounting experience including at least 2 years in leadership roles with a proven ability to:
- Build and develop highperforming teams
- Drive team objectives and performance
- Achieve results within established timelines (Required)
- Indepth technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP including but not limited to:
- Deals
- Revenue recognition
- Leases
- Credit losses
- Derivatives
- Internally developed software
- Stockbased compensation (Required)
- Experience working in a public accounting firm (Required)
- Extensive experience in systems and process improvement (Required)
- Strong technical skills in U.S. GAAP and robust managerial capabilities
- Expertise in diagnosing isolating and resolving complex issues along with the ability to recommend and implement effective solutions
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities as needed
- Proven ability to facilitate teamwork and cooperation at all levels within the organization with the capacity to work independently with limited supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly diligent wellorganized and detailoriented
- Insightful with a strong service orientation
