Skills
Experience of Project management
Experience Prince 2 and other project management methodologies.
Good communication skills both written and verbal. Expected to join in active discussions.
Flexible approach to technologies
Previous experience in the IT industry is essential
Demonstrate a willingness to adopt new ways of working and advise the team should there be potential efficiency gains through alternative methodologies.
Role Outline
Project Management of the ActiveH system implementations and connected services.
Define new ways of working to drive efficiency.
Bring in external skills and knowledge.
Excellent Communications skills required.
Work as part of a project management team closely with the delivery team.
Expected to have good written skills for project reports.
Project Management Experience
Expected to have at least 2 years proven project management experience
Ability to follow company standards in supportable and structured documentation.
Ability to provide realistic estimates and then work to these agreed deadlines.
Ability to analyse risk and plan accordingly.
Experience working with external customers.
Leading the planning and implementation of projects and being the face to the customer.
Managing a projects scope and goals.
Planning and scheduling project timelines.
Coordinating project staff and liaising with the Resourcing teams for appropriate allocations in a timely manner.
Quality assurance.
Carrying out risk assessment.
Managing project administration including all documentation.
Meeting budgetary objectives and reporting regularly to senior management.
Managing relationships and tracking project performance.
Project evaluations and results measurement
Application focused delivery experience with a working understanding of IT services.
Team work
Offer suggestions and ideas to the team and team leader.
Share information with other team members.
Support the implementation team.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
To be able to take and give constructive criticism.
Work to current team processes and standards.
