Job Description
What you will be doing!
As a Restore System Administrator 2 you will assist in restoring files profiles and mailboxes using backup applications Netbackup Avamar and Commvault and will work in the Data Center to facilitate tape movements for data restores.

Job Description / Requirements:
- Must be able to work Tuesday Saturday 9 am5 pm or 10 am6 pm
- Assist customers with file management profile standards and email organization
- Profile and permission structure knowledge
- Resolution and ticket handling awareness to align with SLA obtainment
- High School or Equivalent and 15 years experience or
- Bachelors and 10 years of experience
- Comp Tia Security
Clearance Required:Must possess an active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph security clearance to be considered for this role
