Job Description

To manage the Diners Club Contact Centre for Consumer Corporate and Merchant Services within a multichannel environment (e.g. email telephone fax sms etc..


Qualifications :

Minimum Qualification

  • Business Commerce Degree


Experience Required

  • 34 years Experience in contact center management preferable in a credit card industry
  • Understanding of Diners Club products systems and processes
  • Business Solutions
  • Business & Commercial Banking
