Position:Utility Construction Foreman (Stormwater)
Location:Rockville MD
Compensation: $25.00 $30.00 an hour depending on experience
Schedule: FullTime 4055 hours per week (Monday Friday overtime opportunities)
Travel: Required (typically 85 per month) Lodging expenses covered $68 per diem and company vehicle provided for travel.
We are seeking a working Utility Construction Foreman (Stormwater) in Rockville MD to play a key leadership role in stormwater infrastructure projects. If you have experience instormwater utilities water/wastewater industrial or commercial site construction we want to hear from you!

Your Responsibilities as a Utility Construction Foreman (Stormwater):
- Repair post construction stormwater infrastructure concrete structures underground utilities and stormwater basins.
- Maintain equipment trailer and service vehicles.
- Operate handheld power tools and heavy construction equipment (e.g. skid loader backhoe excavator).
- Train and supervise construction technicians.
- Travel is MondayFriday as needed.
- Manage project activities budgets documentation and timelines.
- Apply construction and regulatory compliance techniques.
- Document field observations.
- Account for and manage project materials and equipment.
- Conduct site inspections.
- Ensure safe performance of project work.
- Actively develop your own career path.
What were looking for:
- 57 years of construction experience preferably in stormwater infrastructure underground utilities concrete repair or erosion control.
- Prior experience with repair and construction of stormwater infrastructure concrete structures rebar and concrete finishing underground piping and detention/retention basins
- Ability to manage budgets timelines and staff.
- Willingness to travel 85 of the time).
- Physically able to perform manual labor lift 60 lbs. and work in confined spaces and various weather conditions.
- Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and DOT requirements for pickups and equipment trailers.
- Valid drivers license with a safe driving record.
- GED or High School Diploma.
