About Us:
Bellasera Hotel is the newest luxury boutique hotel in Paso Robles blending the charm of wine country with the exceptional service of the Hilton Tapestry Collection. As we open our doors we are building a passionate team dedicated to delivering personalized memorable guest experiences.
We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Supervisor to help lead our front desk team ensuring seamless daily operations outstanding guest service and an elevated hospitality experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee front desk operations ensuring smooth checkin/out experiences and exceptional service.
- Lead and support Front Desk Agents providing training guidance and motivation.
- Handle guest inquiries concerns and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate reservations billing and reports using Hiltons property management system.
- Assist in scheduling shift coverage and staff performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Uphold Hilton and Bellasera Hotel brand standards creating a warm and welcoming environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous front desk or hotel experience required; supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong leadership problemsolving and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in hotel reservation systems (Hilton PEP experience is a plus).
- A team player with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Flexible availability including weekends evenings and holidays.
Pay and Benefits:
Pay Rate: $22.50/hour
