Vacancy: SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR / LISTER Residential Estate Agency
Location: Lewes BN7
Salary: OTE 31k
Position: Permanent Full Time
We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator / Lister in the Lewes area.

To be considered for this position you must have previous estate agency experience including a proven track record of achieving superb results in an estate agency sales role.
You will be a keen and enthusiastic individual highly selfmotivated wellpresented articulate and specifically be capable of spotting valuable business opportunities and growing a business.

Skills required for this Senior Sales Negotiator / Lister role will include:
- Extensive residential property sales experience
- Valuation and listing experience beneficial
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Great telephone sales skills
- Smart wellpresented and wellspoken
- Ambitious and selfmotivated
- Intelligent and quick witted
- Able to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment
- Local knowledge of the Lewes area helpful
- Driver with full a UK license and car
