Chewy is looking for a consumercentric datasavvy Sr Integrated Marketing Manager to join our team in Boston MA or Plantation FL. We have ambitious plans for growth and are looking for an experienced Marketing planner and builder. The Sr. Integrated Marketing Manager will lead ecommerce category marketing for multiple categories including Food and Treats. This is an outstanding opportunity to work for an existing and lovable brand requiring a selfstarter actionbiased individual with outstanding relationship building skills. Among other projects you will translate category and consumer insights into marketing initiatives identify activities with the greatest customer impact coordinate efforts across multiple channels and connect with collaborators across the organization. The ideal candidate will be a wellrounded & datadriven marketing professional who can flex between strategic and executional work. Successful candidates should be customerobsessed comfortable with ambiguity strong with marketing analytics and have experience delivering results in a fastpaced dynamic business environment.
What Youll Do:
- Lead development of gotomarket plans to support retail category objectives and direct outstanding across all online and offline marketing channels. Lead the development of key category marketing documents creative briefs and annual marketing calendars.
- Partner closely with Chewy channel teams (PLA Social Direct Mail etc. to drive customer acquisition and retention across channels continuously optimizing and seeking improvements.
- Partner with merchandising category managers to develop strategies that support promotional activities and category goals and deliver against key objectives & drivers for the organization.
- Build processes to ensure collaboration with Team Members and smooth across functions including channel teams finance analytics media and merchandising.
- Analyze marketing efforts and performance data to summarize and communicate to partners how marketing initiatives are impacting business results.
- Develop consumer insights learning agenda and coordinate with the Insights team on research.
- Lead consumerfirst crosscategory campaigns to educate consumers drive traffic and support business goals.
- Work with the internal creative team to develop assets from concept through across a broad range of tactics including owned channel placements.
- Use data and insights to think strategically and creatively to develop opportunities to support category goals evaluating both onsite and offsite marketing support.
- Adapt and implement according to business and customer needs.
What Youll Need:
- 8 years marketing experience
- Demonstrated ability to handle crossfunctional projects and processes with multiple partners
- Marketing track record of customerfirst communications
- Experience analyzing business performance and figuring out the impact of marketing efforts
- Business insight and a consistent track record of making strategic choices based on data
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in addition to project management skills
- Experience with multiple marketing channels (Paid and Organic)
- Advanced analytical experience required (e.g. Excel) Tableau and/or SQL experience a plus
- Comfortable in a fastpaced selfstarter environment
- Bachelors degree MBA preferred
- Travel may be required
