Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- 7 to 10 years of experience in mechanical maintenance preferably in the textile industry
- Knowledge about CNC& VMC turning Machines
- Knowledge about sheet metal Laser cutting Machine
- Team Leadership skills
- CNC Electric Panel Understanding
- Proficient in Maintenance Documentation & System enforcer
- Proficient in Preventive Maintenance Activity
- Creative Problem Solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment used in yarn prepratory machines
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime
- Monitor and inspect machines to ensure optimal performance and identify potential issues
- Conduct preventive maintenance activities to minimize equipment failure
- Create and maintain documentation for maintenance activities and repairs
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior maintenance engineers
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in mechanical maintenance
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe working environment
