Job Description
We are looking for new graduates to participate in our Program. This is a 6 months internship program during which you will have the opportunity to put your knowledge into practice and acquire skills through a working opportunity. This program is open to recent graduates from different disciplines and cover a wide range of roles.

What youll do
Supporting your assigned tutor you will:
- Assist in conducting market research to identify trends competitor analysis and customer insights in the Institutional industry. Help gather data and analyze market dynamics to support decisionmaking.
- Collaborate with the marketing/sales team to develop promotional materials including brochures digital content and presentations. Assist in creating engaging content that effectively communicates the features and benefits of our pharmaceutical products.
- Support digital marketing initiatives including social media campaigns email marketing and website content management. Assist in monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics.
- Assist in tracking and analyzing marketing metrics including sales data campaign performance and customer feedback. Help generate reports and provide insights to optimize marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales medical affairs and regulatory affairs to ensure alignment and effective communication of marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and market dynamics in the pharmaceutical sector. Assist in preparing competitive analysis reports and identifying growth opportunities.
What youll need
- Degree in Marketing Business Administration Economy or a related field.
- Strong interest in the pharmaceutical industry and familiarity with marketing principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Detailoriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
