Chef de Partie Cibaria Manly
Cibaria Manly is a beachside Italian venue offering a diverse selection of rias celebrating the best of Italian food and drinks.
Think antipasti pizzettas pasta cocktails vino and mouthwatering gelato all served with toptier hospitality in a prime location opposite Manly Beach. With 350 seats Cibaria is set to become a local favourite.
We are looking for Chef de Partie to join our team across different sections:
Forneria (woodfire cooking) Braceria (grill) Spaghetteria (fresh pasta) and Pasticceria (pastry).
Youll work closely with our Executive Chef team who have been with Alessandro Pavoni for over a decade.
Positions Available:
Casual positions to start with fulltime opportunities for the right candidates
Essential Requirements:
Full Australian working rights
Fluent in English
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
Ability to perform under pressure
Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
High grooming standards and a passion for hospitality
Availability to work weekends and holidays
Preferred Requirements:
Formal hospitality studies completed
Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
Experience with fresh pasta pastry butchery woodfire cooking
Prior venue opening experience
Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborating on menu planning recipe development and tasting notes
Delivering consistent highquality dishes aligned with venue standards
Ongoing staff training and mentoring
Ensuring food health & safety compliance
Managing cost control and efficiency
