Job Description

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

  •  Learn and establish a solid understanding of the ALIS software
  • Consult with clients to transform their paper process to electronic; create and document new processes and train staff both digitally and (when the time is right) inperson.
  • Create customized project plans to help guide both internal and external operations to get ALIS operating smoothly for our clients.
  • Liaise between departments on clients needs onboarding department needs product feedback and bugs reporting.
     

Qualifications :

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • 1  year of experience in onboarding a SaaS product.
  • Experience with GSuite CRM usage and ticket writing.
  • Excel skills (including pivot tables and vlookups) or solid skills with interest in learning.
  • Strong interest in helping communities and learning about their business as to help consult on process transformation from electronic to paper.

  • Organized: You can prepare and execute on project plans.

After the phone screen candidates that are selected to proceed in the process will do an inperson interview. Certain candidates may be selected for the third round of interviews.
