KBRs National Security Solutions team provides highend engineering and advanced technology solutions to our customers in the intelligence and national security communities. In this position your work will have a profound impact on the countrys most critical role protecting our national security.
In this role you will support our USSTRATCOM NC3 Enterprise Center (NEC) customer. Our customer serves as principal enterprise systems engineering enterprise architecture and technical authority for the Nuclear C3 Enterprise within DoD and oversee systems engineering and integration for the entire National Leadership Command Capability (NLCC) infrastructure. The NEC SE&I Division activities span the complex systems programs and capabilities that compose the NC3 enterprise.
You will provide Enterprise Architecture expertise to support datadriven enterprise decisions. You will support senior leaders and provide architectural recommendations to meet strategic objectives for future IT system integration.
Collaborate with Nuclear Command Control Communications (NC3 Enterprise Architecture teams to provide input to capture user requirements and use cases for improvement of the NC3 Digital Mission Engineering Environment (NDMEE).
Produce and publish baseline and incremental NC3 system of systems architectures to support and update information hosted in enterprise digital engineering tools.
Develop detailed architecture artifacts for subsets of the NC3 Enterprise as needed All View (AV) Operational View (OV) and System View (SV) artifacts.
Ingest reformat and publish architectures using validated and verified authoritative data to support and update information hosted in digital engineering tools.

Qualifications:
Required:
- 5 years relevant experience providing RF technical expertise systems and design analysis and implementation and integration via technical reports presentations briefings training.
- Bachelors degree in engineering Computer Science or similar technical field
- Experience with DOD communications architecture and systems.
- Experience developing architecture artifacts using Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DODAF) The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) Systems Modeling Language (SysML) or Unified Architecture Framework (UAF).
- Experience establishing system information requirements and designing architecture to support present and future crossfunctional requirements and interfaces
- Ability to work well within a team and to execute tasks independently
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong command of MS Office suite tools including Word Excel and PowerPoint
Must have an active TS/SCI clearance to be considered for the position.
Desired:
- Workinglevel proficiency with Models Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and Digital Modeling tools such as Cameo Magic Draw and SparxEA
Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40
Basic Compensation: $100000 $130000
The offered rate will be based on the selected candidates knowledge skills abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
