As our Sales Manager you will be the driving force behind our sales teams success. Youll lead by example inspire high performance and implement innovative strategies to exceed sales goals. What Youll Do:

• Set ambitious yet achievable sales goals for your team and drive performance.
• Motivate train and develop sales representatives to maximize their potential.
• Ensure an exceptional customer experience at every stage of the sales process.
• Oversee new and used car inventory ensuring we have the right vehicles to meet demand.
• Desk deals effectively to optimize profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Stay ahead of market trends new products and industry innovations.
• Collaborate across departments (marketing finance service) to align strategies for success.
• Provide datadriven insights and reports to senior management to refine strategies.

What Were Looking For:

• A natural leader with a track record of setting and exceeding sales goals.
• 12 years of automotive management experience (sales leadership preferred).
• Experience with Vauto and similar software is a strong asset.
• A passion for the automotive industry and a drive to stay ahead of trends.
• A valid drivers license and a commitment to delivering excellence.
