Job Description
HIGH LEVEL OVERVIEW
Newly created position to start up an export compliance program.
Report to the Director Trade Compliance.
Hybrid in the Charlotte NC or San Diego or areas.
EXPECTATIONS
Create and run the export compliance and licensing program
Serve as an Empowered Official
Develop and implement procedures
Conduct training and work with other departments internally
Conduct denied party screening
Manage ITAR and EAR licensing
Advise on export compliance issues
ESSENTIALS
Corporate export compliance experience required
Experience as an Empowered Official helpful
Experience with State and Commerce Department licensing
Experience creating export compliance programs
Experience with government contract helpful
Bachelors degree helpful
5 years of experience in trade compliance
Charlotte or San Diego area locals only please
