Are you ready to shape the future of cardiovascular diagnostics As a Program Manager at Elucid youll be at the intersection of innovation and orchestrating complex cardiovascular imaging projects across key stakeholder and engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions on time and within scope. An experienced program manager with a strong technical foundation you have successfully delivered complex SaMD products. You excel in dynamic startup environments where your ability to adapt and drive results consistently sets you apart. One of the driving forces behind our SaMD product delivery youll play a crucial role in advancing Elucids mission to transform cardiovascular care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the of key crossfunctional initiatives through the ideation to delivery process.
- Oversee the planning and delivery of SaMD product development ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Remove delivery impediments maintain clear performance standards and foster team accountability.
- Work closely with R&D engineering product management clinical marketing and quality assurance teams to ensure cohesive product development and successful market launch.
- Collaborate with regulatory and compliance to ensure medical device software standards are integrated into the development processes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders providing regular updates on project status risks and milestones.
- Bachelors degree in engineering Computer Science Life Sciences or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in agile program management for SaMD imaging program management experience preferred.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects from concept to commercialization.
- Indepth knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards for medical devices software lifecycle processes and risk management.
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a detailoriented approach.
- Software tools knowledge preferred: Jira Roadmunk or similar applications Salesforce.
- Occasional travel may be required.
At Elucid we believe the best work happens in a flexible hybrid environment. Bostonarea employees are encouraged to work from the office on Mondays and Wednesdays with the option to come in additional days if they prefer. Fully remote employees outside the Boston area come in as needed.
