E Commerce Customer Support Bhubaneswar Location
Eligibility Criteria:
- Undergraduates/Graduates Freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply

Job Details:
- Salary: 2.24 LPA (Inhand:
- Shift Timings for Males: 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM or 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM (No transport provided)
- Shift Timings for Females: Day shift from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM (No transport provided)
- Work Schedule: 6 days a week with 1 rotational week off
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through voice and nonvoice channels offering timely and accurate solutions
- Provide exceptional service to Amazon customers ensuring satisfaction
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and empathy in every interaction
