Are you a detailoriented financial professional with a knack for project accounting and data management Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where you can support largescale capital projects and play a key role in financial reporting If so we want YOU on our team!
What Youll Do:
- Own the Capital Budget Process Assist in preparing and consolidating enterprisewide capital program budgets.
- Keep Projects on Track Manage financial reporting updates and compliance for capital projects.
- Be a Data Powerhouse Work with ERP and PIMS systems to maintain accurate project records.
- Analyze and Forecast Monitor financial trends track project expenditures and contribute to reforecasting efforts.
- Support Senior Leadership Provide reports and insights for capital expenditures audits and regulatory filings.
- Be the GoTo Expert Serve as the subject matter expert for project information management systems.
What You Bring:
- 23 years of experience in project accounting capital project management or enterprise information systems.
- Strong financial assessment and reporting skills with proficiency in Excel Access and Word.
- Ability to analyze financial data identify trends and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Excellent organization communication and problemsolving skills.
- New Jersey Drivers License required.
