Roles and Responsibilities

Primary Solution Architecture :

Data Architecture

Data Architecture & Strategy

oDesign and implement modern data architectures including data lakes data warehouses data meshes and data lakehouses.

oDevelop and enforce data governance policies standards and best practices.

oCreate data models and schemas to optimize storage retrieval and performance.

oDefine data integration patterns for batch realtime and streaming data pipelines.

Cloud & Infrastructure

oArchitect cloudbased data solutions on platforms such as AWS (Redshift Glue S3 Azure (Synapse Data Factory) Google Cloud (BigQuery Dataflow).

oOptimize costeffective data storage and processing strategies in a hybrid or multicloud environment.

oImplement serverless and microservicesbased architectures for scalable data processing.

Data Engineering & Pipeline Design

oDesign and oversee the development of ETL/ELT pipelines using tools like Apache Spark Airflow dbt Kafka Snowflake Databricks.

oEnsure data quality lineage and observability across pipelines.

oEnable realtime and eventdriven data streaming architectures.

Security Compliance & Governance

oImplement data security policies encryption masking and access controls.

oEnsure compliance with GDPR CCPA HIPAA SOC 2 and other relevant data regulations.

oDefine metadata management data cataloging and master data management (MDM) strategies.

AI/ML & Advanced Analytics Enablement

oEnable data science and machine learning teams with scalable data architectures.

oSupport feature engineering model training and ML model deployment.

oDesign solutions for MLOps AI governance and feature stores.

Collaboration & Leadership

oWork closely with data engineers analysts and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions.

oProvide technical mentorship and guidance to engineering teams.

oCollaborate with DevOps and IT teams to integrate data solutions into enterprise architectures.

General responsibilities

oDevelop scalable secure and resilient technology solution architectures for initiatives that meets business requirements support operational needs and are aligned to the enterprise Architecture and business strategy.

oDefine current and target state. Ensure architectural solutions adhere to scalability security performance and compliance standards. Lead the adoption of cloudbased APIfirst and eventdriven architectures to enhance agility and flexibility.

oOption Analysis Identify and evaluate solution options develop option papers and drive decision

omaking. Ensures that the solution balances functional service quality and systems management requirements.

oWork collaboratively with:

• Business analysts in planning the approach and help developing nonfunctional requirements for initiatives.
• Program and Project managers to ensure timely delivery of conceptual design HLSD support Business case development

oPlan and execute delivery of Conceptual designs and or HLSDsfor Technical Service Review Boards (TSRBs)

oDuring the of a program or project be the Design Authority for Solution design need to guide Developers Testers and other stakeholders on Technical solution design

oSelect appropriate design standards methods and tools consistent with agreed solution architectures and ensures they are applied effectively.

oIdentify and document current integration architecture and develop target state integration architecture in alignment with program architecture guard rails and reusing integration patterns

oDefine best practices for API management middleware integration (experience with Boomi is highly desirable) and messaging frameworks Experience with Azure Service Bus is highly desirable Kafka etc..

oEnsure realtime data synchronization and process orchestration across HR Finance and IT ecosystems.

Secondary responsibility

oIdentify process automation opportunities within HR Payroll and workforce management to enhance efficiency and reduce manual efforts.

oWork with Automation COE in help designing and Implement RPA (Robotic Process Automation) AIdriven decisionmaking and lowcode/nocode workflow automation solutions.

oWork with DevOps and IT teams to automate infrastructure deployments and application monitoring.

oDefine and implement CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions to accelerate digital transformation.

Skills Required

• Data Architecture with strong credentials in Azure Data factory Synapse analytics Azure Databricks Microsoft Fabric Power platform
• Boomi Architecture (Nice to have)
• ToGAF (Nice to have)
• Experience in using Tools like Ardoc MS DevOps nice to have)
