About the role:
In this role you will support the Life Insurance Financial Advice team and plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional client service and support within a memberbased organisation.
You will assist members with the implementation of life insurance strategies recommended by financial advisers who specialises in life insurance products such as term life disability critical illness and income protection ensuring a seamless and positive experience for members by effectively managing their enquiries and supporting our Financial Advisers.
This is a fulltime permanent role based in our Darling Park Sydney CBD offices hybrid working arrangement.
Key responsibilities:
Respond to member enquiries via phone and email.
Provide accurate information on products and services.
Assist members with life insurance policy management and transactions.
Resolve member issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
Maintain member records and update information in the database.
Collaborate with team members to improve member service processes.
Stay informed about industry trends and company products.
Support a small team of Life Insurance Financial Advisers adapting to their individual styles of working.
Skills and experience required:
Previous experience in client service or a similar role.
Proficiency in using client management software such as Xplan and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with members and team members.
Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions quickly.
High level of accuracy in managing member information and transactions.
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
RG146 certification in Life and Superannuation is advantageous.
Flexibility to adapt to changing member needs industry trends and the individual working styles of Life Insurance Financial Advisers.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
