Duties & Responsibilities

Job Position: Automotive Operations Manager

Ref: 4982

Location: PE/Gqeberha

Salary: R70 000 to R85 000 per month CTC commensurate with qualification and experience

Qualifications / Requirements:

Degree in Business / Operations Management / Engineering or equivalent

68 years Operations/Plant Management experience coupled with experience in design engineering within the automotive/component industry is essential

Understand design within the automotive/component space to offer valuable advice and suggestions on the design of automotive products

Strong leader with innovative thinking cast iron integrity and exceptional problemsolving abilities

High level negotiating and communication skills

Proven track record of dealing with OEMs and strong customer relationships

Comfortable with legal and regulatory processes to ensure company and employee compliance

Key Performance Areas:

Managing allround operations and finding dynamic solutions

Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the companys internal capacity

Lead motivate and support the management team within a timesensitive and demanding environment

Develop and implement operational policies and procedures for efficient operations

Manage daytoday operations overseeing the management team and their departments

Ensure organizational processes comply with legal regulations and standards

Monitor managements performance offering coaching training and feedback for improvement

Collaborate crossdepartmentally to align operations with organizational objectives

Implement quality assurance measures for products/services and monitor production KPIs

Enhance customer service quality and satisfaction

Analyze data to identify process improvement opportunities and cost savings

Integrate new technologies and business processes
