Desktop Support Engineer
Lincoln IT has an immediate need for an individual with 35 years of IT related experience. Experience in some networking is preferred but not required.
Required Skills
- Selfstarter who takes initiative every day
- Ability to work without supervision
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Excellent written and verbal skills

- Must be detail oriented and wellorganized individual
- Exceptional at being a team player
- A strong belief in ethical business principles
- Image and configure laptops and Desktop
- Proficient in Windows and MAC devices
- Configure and deploy Apple IPADS and IPhones
- Setup Video Conferencing and Whiteboard meetings
- Troubleshoot Outlook active directory
- Install applications as requested by the business
- Installed and Configured VPN for home users laptops
- Proficient in using ITSM tool and understanding SLAs depending on CriticalLow driven by the business
- Collaborate with team to effectively coordinate project efforts incorporating new ideas and identifying areas of weakness and improvements
- Outstanding analytical troubleshooting and problemsolving abilities
- Excellent communication skills; interact with staff management and clients at all levels
- Proactive organized and welltrained professional and multitasked with solid work ethic and willingness to learn
