Role & impact

As the People & Transformation department our mission is to Contribute to a better future for Evaneossians Evaneos Organization and our Ecosystem by driving change at individual and collective levels.

Were looking for an experienced HR Manager who will ensure a smooth and impactful employee experience. Working at the intersection of HR operations and business partnering you will animate key HR cycle processes while managing our HR tools data and analytics. Youll also support Tech & Product leaders in managing and developing their teams. Your role will be key in empowering Evaneossians to thrive and perform in our humancentered and engaged culture.

Au sein du dpartement People & Transformation (qui regroupe les expertises RH Sustainability et Chief of Staff) vous rejoindrez une quipe RH engage et soude compose de 4 autres Evaneossians :

  • Lola notre Head of HR et HRBP des quipes Oprations et Support

  • Marion & Greismar Talent Acquisition Managers qui font bien plus que du TA !

  • Balthazar Office & Events Manager

Cest une quipe qui fonctionne avec beaucoup dautonomie et dentraide o chacun.e contribue activement aux dcisions et lamlioration continue de nos pratiques.

Vos responsabilits

En tant quHR Manager vous jouerez un rle cl deux niveaux en pilotant des sujets transverses toute lentreprise tout en accompagnant plus spcifiquement les quipes Tech & Product.

People Ops 50 du temps) vous venez structurer fiabiliser et amliorer nos fondamentaux RH pour lensemble des Evaneossians :

  • Prparer les temps forts du cycle RH : Winter Review (performance & feedback) Talent Review (carrire) Summer Review (performance & rmunration)

  • tre le point de rfrence pour nos outils RH (Lucca PeopleDoc Officevibe Simbel Figures Alan) et assurer leur bonne utilisation

  • (Re)dfinir et suivre les indicateurs RH cls pour clairer les dcisions stratgiques et amliorer en continu nos pratiques

  • Grer les interactions avec notre cabinet de paie (entres sorties absences lments de paie) et superviser ladministration (contrats avenants assure par les TAM pour leur population

  • Participer aux sujets transverses comme la prparation du CSE avec Lola ou le reporting extrafinancier avec lquipe Sustainability

HR Business Partner des quipes Tech & Produit 50 du temps) vous serez en contact avec une soixantaine dEvaneossians dont une douzaine de Team Leaders pour les aider grandir et performer :

  • Accompagner les Team Leaders dans la gestion et la communication de leurs quipes dans la mise en place des objectifs tout en jouant parfois un rle de coach ou mdiateurtrice #SparringPartner

  • Suivre individuellement les talents promouvoir la mobilit interne et tre un.e facilitateur.rice de leur volution notamment lors des grands temps du cycle RH #TalentPartner

  • Construire avec les managers des plans daction concrets (individuels ou dquipe) en sappuyant sur les insights de notre outil dengagement et en promouvant la culture dEvaneos #CultureGardener
