- Working conditions: Hybrid/WFH working conditions travel between sites as needed.

About the role
Reporting to and supporting the Outcomes and Digital Systems Manager the Digital and Data Officer will play a pivotal role in assisting in the implementation and supervision of the client management systems data collection and outcome reporting.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing digital health and care system integration: Leading initiatives for digital health and seamless system integration.
- Leveraging data for improved outcomes: Using data insights to enhance service delivery and program results.
- Managing performance metrics and reports: Developing key metrics and preparing data reports for decisionmaking.
- Providing staff support and training: Offering technical training on digital platforms and reporting tools.
- Ensuring regulatory compliance and data security: Maintaining compliance with regulations and ensuring data privacy.
- Driving process improvements and care coordination: Identifying improvements and enhancing coordination across services.
- Supporting care system integration and communication: Facilitating system integration and effective communication strategies.

About you
As the Digital and Data Officer you will have:
- Extensive experience in data management digital systems or a related field.
- A solid understanding of healthcare regulations and standards.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills coupled with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and navigating multiple platforms is required along with experience in database management and data analysis tools.
- Ability to develop and implement effective data management strategies showcasing strong organisational and planning capabilities.
- Experience in data analytics and outcome performance measurement is essential as well as familiarity with communitybased recovery services program evaluation and data analysis.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. information technology data science healthcare administration).
