Contract Clinical Data Manager Ophthalmology

The Role

In this role you will oversee all clinical data management tasks ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. You will liaise between vendors clinical teams and other functional team members maintaining seamless communication and collaboration. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements managing data entry validation and cleaning processes using Medidata Rave. Additionally you will support the development and review of case report forms study database structures and data management plans performing quality checks and edit checks to maintain data accuracy. Your handson support and troubleshooting for datarelated issues will be crucial to the success of our clinical trials.

Skills and experience required

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelors degree in Life Sciences Biotechnology or a related field with a minimum of 35 years of experience in clinical data management preferably in a biotech or pharmaceutical setting. Handson experience with Medidata Rave and other clinical data management systems is essential. A strong understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and clinical trial regulations is required along with a proven track record of managing data for clinical trials including vendor oversight. Excellent organizational and analytical skills the ability to work independently and as part of a crossfunctional team in a fastpaced environment and strong attention to detail and problemsolving abilities are also key requirements.
