The Large Area Manager (LAM) is responsible for managing GrabFood merchants partner to ensuring delivery growth geographical expansion and targeted product sales in their assigned area. LAM works closely with Tele Account Management (TAM) to deepen relationships with merchants and drive business growth.
The day-to-day activities:
- Build deeper relationships with merchants in densely populated geographical areas.
- Engage with merchants listen to their needs and maintain Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects.
- Use data-driven insights to assess ROI and KPIs aiming to increase basket size and foster loyalty.
- Collaborate with operations and customer service to uphold service and food quality among partners.
- Help build a strong team and establish processes to effectively serve and grow our main merchant relationships.
Qualifications :
- 3 or more years of experience of sales business development account management or operations
- Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects with partners through account management.
- Experience in driving revenue through strategic partnerships.
- Talent Experience balancing multiple sales opportunities and excelling in fast-paced dynamic environments.
- Proficient in English with Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects is a plus
- Enthusiastic about the on-demand delivery industry in food delivery.
- Born and raise in Tangerang is a plus
