We are supporting various customers worldwide. We are recruiting for a Tolerance Analysis Specialist for our customer.
Your responsibilities:
- Tolerance calculation for components and assemblies definition of geometric specifications
- Checking drawings for completeness and meaningfulness
- Coordination with specialist departments presentation of results
- Support from concept to series production (interfaces assembly concepts reference systems & tolerances)
- Interpretation documentation and evaluation of statistical tolerance calculations and sensitivity analyses
- Collaboration on concept improvements measures to increase product quality
What you bring along:
- Relevant engineering degree or relevant experience
- Knowledge of tolerance management simulation reference systems (GD&T / RPS) measurement technology quality assurance
- Ideally experience in vehicle development and in dealing with reference point systems
- Experience with CAD and 3DCS tolerance software (e.g. CATIA V5 Siemens Teamcenter)
- Strong communication and assertiveness analytical and conceptual skills
Position is confirmed inside IR35. Successful candidates need to be eligible to work in the UK and hold a UK drivers license. This role requires full time attendance on site.
