Overview

Our teams in Private Equity Venture Capital and Real Estate provide comprehensive advice on acquisitions financing rounds and other transactions with a significant portion of these transactions also involving tax considerations. Your profile
- You have outstanding legal qualifications (totalling at least 18 points)
- Youre passionate about tax law have specialised in tax during your studies and have already gained professional experience in the tax department of a law firm
- You think and act entrepreneurially
- You enjoy working in a team and want to drive things forward together
- Taking the initiative and thinking creatively are second nature to you just as excellent German and English skills
