Quality Specialist Job Requirements
This is a support position with a focus on Internal Quality.
Inspection Responsibility
Responsible for 0180 Day inspections
Responsible for periodic damping force testing
Responsible for Japan Shipment Inspections
Support Customer/Internal Engineer
Support data collection for Customer/Internal Claims
Assist with documentation for Change Point Control
Perform testing for Production Quality Issues
Assist with sorting parts
Pick up parts from customer
Support New Model
Assist w/collecting PPAP requirements
Assist with collecting data for Supplier Improvement Metrics
SCCAF Performance Matrix
Assist with collecting data for Measurement Analysis Studies
Gage R&R Studies Dimensional Layout Capability Studies
Annual Layout Inspection
Support Supplier Engineers
Audit supplied parts as directed
Validate new parts at New Model startup
Support part testing as directed
Support supplier NG product sorting
Support Warranty Engineer
Assist with Warranty Part Return preparation for analysis
Assist with Warranty Analysis testing of parts
Pick up parts from customer
6S
Manage s & cardboard recycling bins
Assist with Cleaning in each of the Quality Areas
Assist with Auditing each of the Quality Areas
