Job Description
Your responsibilities will include:
- Configure and manage agile tool workflows and reporting
- Update scrum boards and consolidate feedback from multiple teams
- Lead teams as a Senior Scrum Master
- Improve flow and continuously optimise delivery processes
- Oversee Release Management
To be considered you must have the following qualifications and experience:
- Certifications: Project Management or Agile
- A minimum of 5 years experience in the Agile lifecycle and IT administration
- At least years of SAFe experience
- 2 years experience as a Senior Scrum Master level as well as 2 years experience coaching teams on agile cadences within a SAFe framework
The ideal candidate posses the following skills and knowledge:
- SAFe experience including PI planning
- Strong business analysis and risk management skills
- Ability to clearly communicate internal control concepts in a business context
