POSITION SUMMARY:
This position leads Gates Marketing & Communication function for India Market. The General Manager Marketing is responsible for planning developing implementing and overseeing the companys marketing strategies and activities. This includes managing the marketing team driving brand growth increasing market share and ensuring consistent communication across all channels to effectively position the company in the market. The positions primary objective is to maximize sales distribution visibility through dealer and distributors relations events and promotions ATL BTL activities with online and offline communication to Distributors / Secondary channels OEMs and end customers along with rigorous market reach activities for increasing brand awareness across all our markets and verticals. Develops channelwise approach based on its potential and deciding the right investments and activities for the channel and monitors trade budgets its utilization is responsible to manage Gates.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The incumbent will report to Sr. MD Commercial and support the leader to achieve the business objectives of the company.
