Job Description
Are you a dynamic and experienced HR professional ready to take on a leadership role We are on the lookout for a strategic and peopledriven HR Manager (HOD) to lead all HR functions drive talent development and ensure compliance with employment regulations.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Overseeing the full recruitment cycle from job postings to hiring decisions.
- Implementing onboarding & training programs to upskill employees.
- Managing employee relations conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
- Driving performance management and setting clear employee growth objectives.
- Handling compensation benefits & payroll administration.
- Ensuring labour law compliance and HR best practices.
- Developing talent & career progression plans for highpotential employees.
- Overseeing smooth offboarding for exiting employees.
What Youll Need:
- Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems labour laws & best practices.
- Exceptional strategic thinking leadership and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal abilities.
