A leading national business are looking to train qualified electricians to become lecturers training up apprentices within their award winning centre. They will fund your teaching qualifications to become a electrical installations lecturer and youll be mentored by other team members.

What are the daytoday responsibilities of the role:
- Preparing and delivering theory and practical training for apprentices from health and safety and installation to fault finding and testing.
- Conducting practical assessments
- Updating learner records and carrying out learner progress reviews
- Monitoring attendance and learning progress
- Flexibility to attend other training centres
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Fully qualified electricians (JIB Gold Card equivalent) with at least five years electrical experience.
- Full driving licence
- Good IT skills (Word Excel Outlook Powerpoint)
- Good communication skills
- Nurturing and encouraging person
- Professionalism to make a good teacher
- A flexible hardworking individual who is passionate about making a difference
- Ability to meet deadlines whilst maintaining high standards of teaching
- Happy to undergo a DBS check
My client is offering an annual salary of up to38000 depending on experience starting at 33000 for electricians with no prior lecturing experience
