The Opportunity

We offer advisory services to lenders creditors companies and individuals in troubled financial situations to help them identify problems gain cooperation develop solutions and implement them with ease and precision. Joining as Manager you can expect to be involved in a variety of interesting and challenging projects. The business is an exciting one.
What you will be doing:
Project management client management;
Raising questions to the clients management and staff;
Discuss findings with team leaders and follow up on review points;
Take part in client meetings;
Liaise with other specialists and lawyers to exchange relevant information;
Review work performed by more junior team members;
Review and analyse financial and other businessrelated information;
Be a driver in the development of financial models and reports;
Perform research activities using publicly available or proprietary sources;
Involvement in diverse engagements: independent business reviews debt restructuring NPLs advisory distressed M&A reorganisation plans;
What we need from you:
Finance or accounting professionals with minimum 56 years of relevant experience in Audit / Transaction Services / Valuation / Controlling and other relevant positions;
Computer literacy (Excel Word PowerPoint);
Knowledge of financial sector particularities instruments etc.
Good numerical and analytical skills;
Fluency in English report writing;
High level of business and commercial awareness;
Motivated to learn and develop technical knowledge;
