Job Opening: E Commerce Customer Support Ranchi Location
Job Title: Customer Support Voice & Blended Process
Location: Ranchi (Doranda)
Job Overview:
Amazon is hiring for a Customer Support Voice & Blended Process position in Ranchi. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering topnotch service we want you to join our team! Youll be handling voice and nonvoice customer interactions providing solutions and ensuring a great experience for Amazon customers.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Undergraduates/Graduates Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Versant Level 4 Strong verbal communication skills required
- Ability to multitask in both voice and nonvoice processes
Job Details:
- Salary: 2.24 LPA (Inhand:
- Shift Timings for Males: 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM or 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM (No transport provided)
- Shift Timings for Females: Day shift from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM (No transport provided)
- Work Schedule: 6 days a week with 1 rotational week off
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide voice and blended support to customers ensuring excellent service and resolution of inquiries
- Respond to customer concerns in a professional and efficient manner
- Maintain a positive attitude while assisting customers through various communication channels
Requirements
- GoodCommunicationskills
- Handle customer queries/request/complaints over calls/chats/email
- Providing correct resolution and rightresponseto customerspositivelyandprofessionally.
- Flexibletoworkinshifts.
- ExcellentEnglishbothverbalandwrittencommunicationskills
- Knowledgeofcustomerserviceprinciplesandpractices
- Typing speed require 25wpm with 85 accuracy
