smartdept. is searching for aCOOfor aFintech investment companyclient located in WA and NY. The ideal candidate will come with12 years of experience. This is afulltimefully remote contractopportunity.
What Youll Do:
- Strong leadership skills and prior leadership roles.
- Make hard decisions lead collaborations and promote a positive work culture.
- Communicate effectively with employees customers investors and other stakeholders.
- Articulate their ideas and be active listeners.
- Align operational activities with the companys strategic vision.
- Have a strategic mindset and be able to think longterm.
- Understanding of financial management including budgeting and resource allocation.
- Knowledge of product launch apps./ macro investing
- Able to work in a fastpaced environment
What Youll Need:
- A bachelors degree in business management or a related field is a minimum requirement.An advanced degree such as an MBA is often considered essential.
