Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the marketing team providing guidance mentorship and support
- Develop and execute marketing strategies campaigns and initiatives to meet company goals
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure cohesive and aligned marketing efforts
- Oversee the creation of marketing content including social media posts blog articles and promotional materials
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to track and report on campaign effectiveness
- Identify market trends customer preferences and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies
- Coordinate and participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for campaigns
- Manage marketing budgets allocate resources and ensure efficient use of funds
- Stay updated with industry trends digital marketing tools and emerging technologies
- Foster a collaborative and innovative environment within the marketing team
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field (Masters degree is a plus)
- Proven experience as a Marketing Team Leader or in a similar leadership role
- Strong understanding of marketing principles strategies and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing channels and tools (social media SEO email marketing etc.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data insights and make datadriven decisions
- Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities
- Resultsoriented mindset with a focus on achieving marketing targets
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve shared goals
- Knowledge of market research and customer segmentation is a plus
