Job Description

TalentSphere Staffing Solutions is partnered with one of the leading HVAC service providers in the Phoenix area. Our client has provided technical HVAC services for their commercial industry markets for over 50 years. They are in search of a new Project Sales Representative for their Phoenix location.

Position Summary:

We are seeking an individual with a background in technical/commercial HVAC with consultative B2B sales experience selling direct to end customers. Selling large repairs replacements redesigns and retrofits

There sales reps earn $225000 on average

Required Skills:

  • Ability to identify and qualify prospects within assigned accounts delivering effective sales presentations while addressing objections in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage quotes through to successful sales closure.
  • Conduct commercial HVAC system surveys troubleshoot issues and provide solutionbased recommendations adhering to company pricing policies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

To be successful in this role the individual must effectively perform each of the following key duties. Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed:

  • Plan and schedule appointments efficiently to maximize productivity.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations that influence customer decisions and identify opportunities within the existing customer base.
  • Consistently meet sales revenue targets with a proven track record of success.
  • Understand the prospects organizational structure and decisionmaking process ensuring timely commitments.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional effective manner.
  • Conduct thorough product demonstrations and handle objections with ease.
  • Communicate the value proposition emphasizing return on investment to clients.
  • Be wellversed in company credit policies.
  • Survey and analyze commercial HVAC systems offering tailored solutions and identifying potential project opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the Operations Department ensuring smooth communication of customer needs.
  • Leverage vertical market strategies to identify additional opportunities within the existing client base.
  • Use the value proposition to spark interest and engage customers.
  • Assess job conditions and recommend necessary maintenance or upgrades.
  • Coordinate project work with subcontractors and equipment representatives as needed.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 5 years of sales experience with a focus on commercial HVAC systems.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and a solid understanding of HVAC systems.
  • Knowledge of relevant building codes and standards.
  • Valid drivers license is required.
