Keysights Ixia Solutions Group provides the industrys most comprehensive converged IP network validation and network visibility solutions. Equipment manufacturers service providers enterprises and government agencies use Ixias solutions to design verify and monitor a broad range of wired WiFi and cellular data equipment and networks. Ixias test solutions emulate realistic mediarich traffic and network conditions so that customers can optimize and validate the design performance and security of their predeployment networks. Ixias intelligent network visibility platforms provide clarity into physical and virtual production networks for improved performance security resiliency and application delivery of cloud data center and service provider networks.
Were seeking a strong candidate for a software engineering intern position on the Network Visibility Solutions team. Development duties will include:
Serving a role in feature development and issue resolution for Network Packet Broker platforms
Working to design and prototype innovative new features on existing HW platforms and HW under development
Developing high quality feature software independently and in teams
Participating in design and code reviews
Job Qualifications
Job Qualifications
Strong programming skills in Java; C and/or C. Python experience is a plus.
Knowledge of Ethernet and networking technologies
Strong software debug skills
Excellent verbal/written communication skills
Relevant coursework in a CS EE or CE program ideal candidates should be in a graduate program or entering Junior or Senior year of an undergraduate program
