Purpose Statement: To contribute to the quality and timely delivery of Plexus products by applying technical skills meticulous attention to detail and a strong work ethic. Through effective collaboration and continuous learning strive to maintain a safe and efficient work environment contributing to the success of Plexus and exceeding customer expectations
Key Job Accountabilities:
- Executes Manufacturing solutions/ Provide services that are highquality costappropriate and satisfy the customers requirements and applies process improvement or troubleshooting as it applies to their role.
- Utilizes appropriate tools to perform necessary work including creation analysis and verification of documentation programs models processes or production as it applies to their role.
- Demonstrates a basic disciplinespecific understanding of how they support the full Plexus Manufacturing processes / Product Requirements & Specifications as it applies to their role.
- Successfully executes responsibilities under supervision in accordance with good manufacturing practices and Plexus Manufacturing Processes AND provide support to direct production line operators as it applies to their role.
- Basic Understanding of Equipment / Process control / Safety / Risk Awareness / setup awareness / operation of as it applies to their role.
Assemble/process product in accordance with defined work instructions or detailed mechanical technical drawings.
Able to perform assembly/disassembly or modification tasks on mechanical components subassemblies and systems encompassing new build and repairs products
Support and assist in the training of personnel
Education/Experience Qualifications:
- A minimum of a One 1 year completed of an Associates degree OR the completion of a Diploma in a discipline related to Electronics / Manufacturing / Engineering or Science.
- One 1 or more years of related experience is preferred.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.
- Have a good understanding of an assembly discipline such as mechanical wiring fitting printed circuit board assembly
